A Sephora haul at Winners

Sephora has great ideas. Teaming up with great names to make great products. Two of my favorite collab are Hello Kitty and of course Tokidoki. Helas, the Tokidoki collab ended somewhere 2 years ago. I was lucky enough to get 3 makeup palettes, brushes and glosses. 

Once the collab was done, there was no way you could get the products. They were gone for good and the were on ebay for 3x the price. 

Working at Winners, you get to see products that were in style months ago at great prices. One day, I was mining my own business when my eye caught the distinctive drawing of a Tokidoki pattern and lord behold I was found the 24k gold collection at 50% off the Sephora price. 

I got the brushes and the makeup bags. I was so happy to make my Tokidoki collection grow :D I was saying to myself, wouldn'it ne freat if they had other TKDK products?? Guess what, my dream came true. While browsing with my bf ar Winners, my heart stoppes and I squeed so jard at the sight of these: 

The TDA Airways Palette and the Love from London Palette. Even got a Hello Kitty Mon Amour eye palette for 60% less of the price. I even saw the Soda Shop palette at 20$ when I paid 25 and even 45 for the same thing. Im really happy, I dont make a lot of money, but seeing them after Sephora stopped the collab kust made my day.

Bon la semaine dernière, je vous ai fait une vidange de coeur. Cette semaine-là était très longue et plate pour moi, mais maintenant je vais mieux!! :) J'ai aussi fait une vidange de coeur sur mes destinations voyages. J'ai fait l'Europe et voici maintenant l'Asie.

Je vous l'ai déjà mentionné, je suis une fan d'Anime et de culture japonaise comme la cuisine et le cosplay (curieux mélange)!Prochaine destination: Japon! Je dois absolument aller là bas juste pour pouvoir crier comme une petite fille une fois que je dépose mes pieds!

Je veux visiter des temples, manger du sushi, chiller à la gare de Harajuku et voir les cosplayeurs/cosplayeuses en action. C'est aussi le pays de HELLO KITTY!!!! des ninjas, des Power Rangers (Super Sentai) et de plein d'autres choses que j'adore, alors pas de compromis!




Ensuite la Chine!
La raison: sa culture. J'aime les dragon et ma chambre est d'inspiration chinoise. De plus, il y a Jackie Chan!!!!!!! Je veux tellement le rencontrer!! Ah oui, la nourriture aussi! Nous sommes tellement habitué avec la restauration rapide que des mets authentiques on ne se rappelle plus de leurs goûts.

I got some new jewelery for my birthday and I couldn't resist myself, I went and bought some earrings.... SHAME on ME. Look at the great boobs I did hahahahahah

JC day 37-38: Busy two days!

YEP Wenesday was the Show de la Rentrée at the University and the artists invited were Orange Orange and Mister Valaire. I never saw Mister Valaire in person, but I have to say THEY ROCK! Super energy on stage and themusic is great to listen to.

Today, I focus on Hello Kitty, one of my favorite Japanese characters!!!

JC day 28-29: Wow 3 weeks!

Yellow internet! 3 weeks into the Challenge and I'm still wondering if my earrings will outlast my necklaces! My strategy is to use all of the less WOW jewelery so the wow pieces will be used during my internship which starts in  ONE WEEK!

AS I mentionned before, I slowly but surely becoming a cosplay addict. And with San Diego Comic Con finish, many geek websites are posting the best cosplay galleries. The ones I looked at are from Yahoo movies and from Geekologie.

Hello Kitty Magazine Cover!

Did you see the new covers for ELLE Taiwan? They had a shoot with a model in a Hello Kitty costume! Here are some pictures

Taiwan is know for having theme places like restaurants and hotels. They have Hello kitty themed restaurants, hotels and even a hospital! Being a HK fan, I would like to go and visit those places, they just look so inviting. These costumes are very pretty and more glamour then the ones on eBay! HK is truly an icon and has as much star power then Barbie or even more, I mean she's the ambassador of Japan! You can get tons of HK merch with twisted desing and hommages. Some people make fun of me or really find me cute when I say I love HK, but who can't she is just so cute ^^
